ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,975,982 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 21 January 2022 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 15,975,982 Covid-19 cases, this includes 311,247 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,277,644 people (144,199 deaths)
- Philippines: 3,324,478 people (53,153 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,820,927 people (31,853 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,361,702 people (22,003 deaths)
- Vietnam: 2,094,802 people (36,266 deaths)
- Myanmar: 533,732 people (19,307deaths)
- Singapore: 297,549 people (845 deaths)
- Laos: 128,248 people (508 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,914 people (3,015 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,986 people (98 deaths)
